  Not even 15 minutes to close and they shut down the fitting rooms. So my wife didn't try on her three items, and they lost a sale and a customer. I was a supervisor of a retail store for 3 years and never did that.

  Two weeks ago I went to Charlotte Russe in Tanger Outlet National Harbor, as soon as I walked in the employees greeted me and even asked if i needed assistance. It was really clean in there, it wasn’t clothes on the floor or all over the racks. It was really neat and it smelled really good in there. In the store the employees was very nice and wanted to make sure I was okay. They even went out of there way to find me an outfit. Their clothes selection is really pretty and cute I mostly do all my shopping in there. I really love how the prices are not that expensive and they have really good deals. Their clothes last forever, most of the items are made of cotton which is actually pretty good for people with skin irritation. In the store they also have nice shoes, phone cases and many more. The dressing room is clean and organized for items not wanted. Their shoes are really stylish and cute, they fit just right and really comfy and for a great price. I always recommend this store it’s my favorite. If there was a chance to give more than 5 stars, i’ll give this store ten.
